If the intended recipient isn't there to receive their Roses, then we will do our best to ensure they are left in a safe place. If we cannot see a safe place, it will be returned to us and we will need to arrange for redelivery, please refer to Re-delivery tab below for further detail. You can leave delivery options during the checkout process.

  • FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY: MON-SAT

    Order by 12 pm Mon-Sat for free same day delivery. Or place your order for any other date.

  • FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY: MON-SAT

    For next day delivery order anytime the day prior (Weekdays), however, you are required to order by 12 pm Friday for Saturday delivery. Or place your order for any other date.

  • DELIVERY TIMES

    Delivery will be made from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, due to popular demand, we do not offer delivery slots selection.

  • REDELIVERY

    If a delivery fails because the provided address details are inaccurate or because no one is available to receive them, we can redeliver at 50% of the original Roses order cost and a delivery fee of $98. Unfortunately, this is because of the perishable nature of our roses and we only offer the freshest and highest quality gifts, so are likely to need to replace them.     When completing your order, please be sure to select a pickup time between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, or 9am-11:30am Saturday.

  • WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?

    If your recipient is not going to be there when we deliver, you must tell us where we should leave their gift (front/back of the house or with reception/neighbour).

    Kindly note that we will not call recipient unless you have requested us to call. If the recipient is not home, our drivers will leave the box of roses outside the house where they deem safe.

    Please be aware that if the courier finds no safe place to leave the order, it will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee will be charged (please refer to redelivery tab for more information). An unsafe delivery might be if there is no sheltered place to leave the roses, or if there is no access to the building, apartments or condominium.

  • DELIVERY TO OFFICES

    Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for orders left with the mail room or reception after they are delivered. All deliveries will be left at the reception unless you request for us to call the recipient. In the event the recipient does not answer the call, the roses will automatically be left at the reception counter or mail room.

  • VALENTINES DAY & MOTHERS DAY ORDERS

    Due to popular demand during Mother's Day and Valentines periods, we offer a specially curated range, guaranteed to please your recipient. During these periods, however, please note the following.

    • No address changes are possible once the order is submitted.

    • Deliveries will be made between 9am-5.30pm. No special delivery times can be requested.

    • Special delivery requests cannot be made during Valentines Day periods.

    • Valentines period is from Feb 1st - 15th Feb, during this period these delivery terms will apply.

    What if no one is going to be home?   • CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

    Of course! Before the final checkout, you'll be prompted to enter your personal message. We only include what you enter in your message, so if you wish to send anonymously then simply leave your name (or any other revealing details!) out of the message.
