Attractively presented.

Well packaged and attractive presentation. Thorn-free is a bonus and I liked the detail that each individual stem was wrapped in its own water/feed supply. Perhaps need even more striking "This Way Up" transit instructions, ad i don't believe that these were strictly adhered to by the courier.

Two stems were missing their heads, but when I mentioned this by email, immediate and very satisfactory remedy was offered and we are awaiting a further 6 stems by way of compensation.

The roses have lasted 12 days which is pleasing. The roses don't appear to 'bloom' in the normal way, but instead, every couple of days, instructions request that the outer petals are removed. This keeps them looking fresh, but obviously they 'slim down' over time. The scent is muted....its a personal thing, but I prefer roses to be more pungent.

Overall, not the cheapest roses one can buy, but are excellent value for money, were well received and remarked upon and I would use Roses Only again.
